Columbia Man Arrested On Sexual Exploitation Charges

A Columbia man was arrested on multiple charges, including sexual exploitation of a minor.

Eric Kerr Swartz, 44, of Columbia, was booked into the Maury County Jail March 6th, 2025, and later released on $155,000 bond.

Court affidavits show that Swartz allegedly sent and received sexual images to and from a 17-year-old female on multiple occasions in February and March of this year.

Swartz was charged with exploitation of a minor by electronic means and soliciting the sexual exploitation of a minor.

He’s scheduled to appear in general sessions court March 26th, 2025.
