Giles County Financial Management Committee Meeting

The Giles County Financial Management Committee will meet in the Annex Boardroom, March 28^th, 2025 @ 9am.

On the Agenda for the meeting, Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, the Chair’s Business including, Capital project vs. operating funds, and a review of policies, processes and accountability.

Then, the POP Board will discuss Prioritization of Acquisitions, Construction & Improvements, and Prioritize Acquisitions, Construction & Improvements Needs Assessments.

Finally, any Old Business and or New Business.

The Chair will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business.
