Giles County Finance & Administration Meetings (3/7/25)

The Giles County Commission Finance & Administration Meetings will be held in the Annex Basement Boardroom Friday, March 7^th, 2025 @ 9:00am.

On the Agenda for the meetings, Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, and the County Executive’s Announcements.

For the School Committee, Budget amendments and any new Business.

For the Building & Property Committee, commitments to capital projects, the Courthouse Phase I & HVAC, the ambulance facility, the water distribution study, archives repairs, the Minor Hill ambulance substation, the maintenance investigation of all county buildings, then any new business.

For the Budget Committee, budget amendments, sourcing funds for capital project commitments, and then any new business.

The Chair of each committee will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business.

Members of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
