One Arrested in Florence for Sexual Abuse of a Child

Detectives from the Florence Police Department discovered a sex abuse case involving a kid under the age of twelve on February 7th, 2025. To establish probable cause for an arrest warrant for Kenneth Lewis, 35, of Florence, AL, FPD detectives talked with both the suspect and the juvenile victim. The following day, Kenneth Lewis was found and taken into custody. Two counts of sexual abuse of a child under the age of twelve are against him. After being taken to the Lauderdale County Detention Center, he was set free after posting a $30,000 bail. Kenneth Lewis is innocent until proven guilty.
