Lincoln County Man Charged Child Sexual Abuse

A Lincoln County man has been arrested in an ongoing child sexual abuse material investigation, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation opened a special investigation after reportedly receiving several tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about someone who uploaded multiple files of child sexual abuse material to an online platform.

In October 2024, TBI agents secured warrants for the individual, later identified as 38-year-old Jonathan Kellar, for seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Last week, the TBI said Kellar was found in Coffee County, and he was arrested. He was booked into the Lincoln County Jail on a $140,000 bond but has since bonded out.
