The Election Commission of Lawrence County Meeting

The Election Commission of Lawrence County will meet Tuesday, January 14th at 1:00 PM to conduct a Performance Audit for the November 5th, 2024 Election. This audit is required by The Tennessee Division of Elections. In 2022, the Tennessee General Assembly amended the Tennessee Voter Confidence Act (TCA 2-20-103) to expand post-election audits for County Election Commissions. These audits include both pre-certification audits and post-certification audits and are effective for the November 2024 Election. The meeting will be held at the Election Office located at 219 Centennial Blvd and if any citizen would like the opportunity to speak, please let the Election Office know.
