The newly-certified Lawrenceburg Industrial Park is ready for development, with market-ready utilities and a prime location a little South of Nashville.

The new Lawrenceburg Industrial Park is ready for new industries like food and beverage manufacturers, distribution centers and advanced manufacturing firms, all near the I-65 corridor.

Lawrenceburg’s location gives suppliers the ability to serve multiple customers without simultaneously competing for labor. Further, the industry’s growth has created a regional concentration of qualified workers and easily accessible workforce training opportunities for all sorts of skilled jobs.

The local government currently owns 150 flat acres, with plans to expand to a total of nearly 380 acres along U.S. Highway 43 in Ethridge.
