Joan (Joanne) Smith Tomerlin died Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, in Prospect. She was born in Bodenham and was 97 years old.

Visitation will be Monday, December 9th, 2024 from 11:30am until 1:30pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Services will be Monday, December 9th, 2024 at 1:30pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Giles Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.

Survivors include Sons, Mike and wife Lisa Tomerlin of Decherd, Danny Tomerlin of Pulaski, Daughter, Pam and husband Bob Mason of Memphis, 8 Grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1great-great grandchild, Sisters, Judy Riggin of Pulaski, and Alma Ruth Myers of Bodenham.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements for Joan Smith Tomerlin.
