Over the Thanksgiving holiday, the Tennessee Highway Patrol worked tirelessly to keep our roads safe. Here’s just a sample of what was accomplished during the Wednesday through Sunday enforcement period…

7 fatalities (compared to 12 last year)

93 injury crashes investigated

1,094 motorist assists

18,122.5 hours worked

And here’s the great news, fatal/serious crashes are down 6.8% statewide in 2024.
