PES Power Board Meeting (11/26/24)

The PES Power Board will meet today (Tuesday, 11/26/24) at 4pm at the PES Board Room.

On the agenda for the meeting…

Review and approve minutes of the October 22^nd, 2024 meeting, Electric & Energize Financial Reports for October 2024, approve a wage increase for 2025 payroll, review and approve Health Insurance for 2025, approve Baugh Road and Lynn Creek upgrades, and review the Cybersecurity Tabletop Exercise for 2024.

The board will also hear a report from the CEO, hear additional financial information, operational updates, customer service updates, and grant updates.

An opportunity for the public to speak will be provided also.
