Community RFD Food Box Work Schedule

The schedule for this week’s Community RFD Food Box Distribution looks like this…

Tuesday, 11/19, 6pm, @ the RFD building – sorting of items to be packed.

Wednesday, 11/20, 5:30pm @ the RFD building – finish sorting of dry and fresh items and set-up for packing.

Thursday, 11/21, 5:30pm @ the RFD building – packing of food boxes.

Saturday, 11/23, 7:00am@ the RFD building – complete loading of all trucks/vehicles going to agri-park for distribution.

8:00am @ the Giles Co Ag Park – volunteers arrive to set up for food box distribution.

9:00am – distribution begins.

11am-12pm – cleanup at Agri-Park and reload remaining items on trucks, return to RFD building and unload/put away/clean-up .

Volunteers are needed for all of these events.
