Keither Dale Hood of Goodspring died Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was born in Giles County and was 77 years old. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a carpenter and farmer.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 from 4:00 until 7:00pm and Thursday, November 14th, 2024 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Services will be Thursday, November 14th, 2024 at 11:00am in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Burial with full military honors will be at Shores Memory Garden in Goodspring.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Hood of Goodspring, Sons, Kevin and wife Chrissy Hood of Pulaski, Kendall and wife Jennifer Hood of Pulaski, Daughter, Melinda and husband Jeff Chaney of Georgia, 9 Grandchildren, Foster son, Jeff Gordon of Pulaski, Brothers, Loyd and wife Wynell Hood of Linden, Wade and wife Joyce Hood of Pulaski, Stanley Hood of Ardmore, Rickey and wife Leslie Hood of Pulaski, Sisters, Myra and husband J.C. Sutton of Leoma, Brenda Brown of Decatur,
Martha and husband Randy Britton of Pulaski, several Sisters-in-laws, Brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to The Giles County Veterans Alliance Benevolence Fund.
Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Keither Dale Hood.
