Giles County Finance & Administration Meetings (11/8/24)

The Giles County Commission Finance & Administration Meetings will be held in the Annex Basement Boardroom, Friday, November 8^th, 2024 @ 9:00am.

Items on the Agenda include, Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, the County Executive Announcements, the School Committee’s Budget Amendments, the Budget Committee’s  Budget Amendments and Courthouse boiler rental.

Then the Legislative Committee’s Resolution – Reducing Commission to 14 Commissioners, Resolution for State Revisions to LBD & Beer Distance, a Proposal  that commissioners are notified of committee meetings via postal service mail, and a Proposal that full commission minutes are posted on the county website.

Finally any unfinished business, and new business,

All Chairs will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
