UT A Great Place To Work…

For the third consecutive year, the University of Tennessee has earned its certification as a great place to work.

The Great Place to Work Certification is determined by what current employees say about their experience working at the UT System, its campuses and institutes.

This year, 75% of employees rated the UT System as a great place to work, 18 points higher than the average U.S. company.

In the 2024 survey, 73% of UT employees would strongly endorse the UT System to friends and family as a great place to work. 74% of employees stated they wanted to work for the UT System for a long time. 77% of employees feel a sense of pride when looking at the UT System’s accomplishments.
