Rebecca Leigh Berry, age 46, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on October 14th, 2024 at her residence in Lawrenceburg. Rebecca was born on October 8th, 1978 in San Diego, California. Rebecca moved from California to Lawrenceburg where she would raise, care for, and love four beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoyed couponing, thrift store shopping, giving, and caring for her family. She loved being a mother, going to her children’s sporting events, and supporting her children in any and every way.
A word from her children: “As of recently, our mother Rebecca Anders-Berry has passed away. It was unexpected to say the least, and it has left our family devastated. She was the last remnant of what seemed to be the defining line of what family meant we had left. Not only a best friend, but a mentor, a kindred spirit that only knew upbringing and optimism.
For years, our mother struggled with different personal battles as we all do, but with deteriorating health and as many trials she may have faced, she never would left you know it.
Personally, we’re inspired by her, and are vicariously trying to move by the way we were instructed, but losing her suddenly has brought many challenges we don’t know how to face without her.”
She was preceded in her passing by her father, Jesse Ray Anders; daughter, Sophie Berry; sister, Nicole Anders; aunt, Cassie Martin and her cousin, Anthony Smith.
She is survived by her children, Patrice Berry (Matt White), Adrian Berry, Anthony Berry, and Anniya Berry; mother, Frances Jones; father of children, Tyrone Berry; several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews; beloved canine companion, Charlie Choo.
A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
