Donation Center for Carter County

A donation center has been constructed by the City of Elizabethton (Carter County) at the 300 Mill Street Parks & Recreation building. The Tennessee National Guard and TEMA employees have been assisting local authorities and groups with the collection, planning, and distribution of the supplies to those in the community who are in need.
