Prosecution Will Not Proceed Against McKamey

During recent court proceedings, it was determined that prosecution against Summertown resident Russ McKamey will not move forward at this time.  The former owner of McKamey Manor was arrested in July on rape and domestic violence charges in connection with allegations made by his girlfriend.  While prosecution will not proceed at this time, the state retains the right to move forward in the future, should they choose to do so.
