10 Men Arrested in Limestone County for Child Exploitation

Ten men were arrested in Limestone County during a child exploitation operation. The Athens Police Department in Alabama and the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office collaborated to carry out a combined operation last week that aimed to locate, question, and apprehend predators who were planning to engage in illegal sex activities with minors. These criminals preyed on and harassed people they thought were kids but were actually undercover police officers. We urge parents, to monitor their child’s online activities. They have direct access to the outside world through the devices you allow them to control, and the outside world also has direct access to them. Please don’t allow them to become victims by exposing them to terrible things at such a young and crucial age.
