Officer Involved Shooting in Muscle Shoals

Officers from the Muscle Shoals Police Department responded to a complaint on Tuxedo Avenue on the evening of Sunday, September 22, 2024, which resulted in an officer-involved shooting. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency was notified of the incident per policy, and the agency was given control of the investigation. As per policy, the officers in question are on administrative leave.
