Shoals man Arrested In Tennessee Investigation

A Muscle Shoals man was arrested following a human trafficking investigation in Tennessee.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Jabbar Franklin of Muscle Shoals was one of nine arrested in Franklin, during an undercover operation.

Authorities said investigators put out false advertisements on websites known to be linked to prostitution. As a result, nine men were charged with trafficking for a commercial sex act.

All nine were booked into the Madison County Jail in Jackson.

Three others were also arrested on additional charges including possession of meth and aggravated robbery.
