Suspect Caught In Elkmont Foot Pursuit

Limestone County deputies were involved in a foot pursuit with a pair of suspects in an Elkmont neighborhood over the weekend.

The sheriff’s office posted a Facebook message Sunday urging all citizens in the area of Holland Gin Rd and Upper Elkton Rd to stay inside as they pursued subjects on foot.

The suspects’ descriptions were white male with black shirt and white shorts and a white female with a dark shirt and blue jeans.

An update later in the day stated… Kaleb Barnhill (the suspect in the foot pursuit earlier) is in custody on outstanding warrants.  No further information is available at this time. There was no word on the status of the woman sought during the original pursuit.

Jail records indicate he was arrested on a bond revocation warrant.
