Fayetteville Educator Place On Administrative Leave

Fayetteville City Schools officials said they are aware of an accusation made online concerning an educator at Fayetteville High School, and according to school officials, the staff member has been placed on administrative leave pending the conclusion of an investigation.

Officials said the community can be assured the safety and well-being of students is of paramount importance.

Officials said they are following policies and procedures to ensure they obtain a complete understanding of the situation and any subsequent determinations will be made in accordance with state laws.
