Giles County Schools & Budget Committee Meetings (8/9/24)

The Giles County School Committee Meeting followed by the Budget Committee Meeting will be held in the basement boardroom at the Courthouse Annex, Friday, August 9th, 2024 @ 9:00am.

On the agenda for the meetings…

Preliminaries, Approval of Minutes, the County Executive’s Announcements, the Chair’s  Business for the School Committee which includes a USDA Grant, the Chair’s Business for the Budget Committee which includes, Non-Profit funding and Budget amendments, finally any Unfinished Business and any New Business.

The Chairs of each committee will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.
