Patsy Blankenship Forsythe

Patsy Blankenship Forsythe, age 71 of Ardmore died Sunday July 28th, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Pulaski, retired from NHC Pulaski as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a member of Redemption Church.

Visitation will be held at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home Wednesday July 31st, 2024 from 1 until 2pm.

Services will be at 2 pm in the chapel.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Forsythe of Ardmore, sons, Van Woods and wife Amanda of Rogersville, Virgil Brent Pope II and wife Bobbie of Dellrose, step-son, Patrick Forsythe of Huntsville, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
