Kyle Larson comes from the 23rd position at the restart of the Brickyard 400 with 33 laps to go to win the race in overtime in Indianapolis on Sunday, in an exciting finish over Ryan Blaney and Tyler Reddick.
Larson chased down the leaders in a furious performance before Kyle Busch caused a caution with three laps to go to force overtime, where Larson was able to get out front from third place and maintain the lead.
Larson ran in Indianapolis earlier this year at the Indy 500 in a Formula 1 car, running most of the race in the top ten before a pit road penalty for speeding moved him toward the back of the pack, finishing 18th in his first career race in a Formula one car.
Larson plans to return to the Indy 500 in 2025, where he will again attempt to run the double between the Indy 500 and the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte, North Carolina, on the same day.
