State Park System Announces Development of Strategic Plan

The Tennessee State Park system has announced they are developing a 10-year Comprehensive Strategic Plan to guide operation of all state parks.  The parks are seeking input from the public.  Now through November 30, they will host meetings at or near individual parks to hear more about the plans from the park staff, with an opportunity for public input and information about each park’s specific proposals.  Comments will be accepted through an online survey or by mail.  The final plans will be presented in January.  To find out more, visit:  www.Tn.Gov/Environment/Parks-Conservation.
