Wayne County Accepting Bids for Boyd Cottages

The Wayne County Government is accepting bids for “Boyd Cottages”; their planned 21,061 square foot assisted living facility.  Additional information, including the appraisal report, may be obtained by contacting the Wayne County Executive’s office at 931-722-3653.  Sealed bids will be accepted until noon on Friday, September 1.
