FUNDING FOR THE GRANTS IS SUPPORTED BY THE ANIMAL-FRIENDLY SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE, WITH $35 OF EVERY PLATE SALE GOING TO THE GRANTS. THE GRANT APPLICATION PERIOD IS OPEN UNTIL MAY 12.
