TWO ARE ARRESTED AFTER BEING CAUGHT INSIDE A LOCAL BUSINESS.  ACCORDING TO REPORTS, LAWRENCEBURG POLICE OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO SARAH'S PLANT AND PRODUCE THURSDAY EVENING TO A BURGLARY IN PROGRESS.  DISPATCH RECEIVED A CALL ADVISING THAT THEY COULD SEE INDIVIDUALS INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITH FLASHLIGHTS.  BASED ON THE DEMEANOR OF ONE INDIVIDUAL, THE CALLER BELIEVED ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS WAS A SUSPECT THAT WAS SEEN ACROSS THE STREET EARLIER NEAR AN ABANDONED HOUSE.  SUBJECTS HAD LEFT THE AREA BEFORE OFFICERS ARRIVED.  AFTER SEARCHING THE BUSINESS OFFICERS NOTICED ITEMS BAGGED UP WERE NEXT TO THE DOOR.  THEY SEARCHED THE IMMEDIATE AREA AND LOCATED A VEHICLE NEAR ANOTHER BUSINESS REGISTERED TO THE POSSIBLE SUSPECT.  OFFICERS LOCATED TWO SUBJECTS AROUND 1 AM, CARING THREE BACKPACKS AND ITEMS INCLUDING A GAME CAMERA FROM THE PRODUCE STAND.  BRYAN ROBERT GARLAND, 28, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST.  THE SECOND SUBJECT, BRIAN SMITH, 28, WAS ALSO PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR POSSESSION OF STOLEN ITEMS TAKEN EARLIER WHEN OFFICERS RESPONDED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS IN THE AREA AT 6 PM.
